Employee Broke Leg When He Fell From Stud Wall

At 10:00 a.m. on July 23, 1999, Employee #1 was performing carpenter work as a framer on a construction site. Employee #1 was walking the top of a 2 by 4 stud wall when the stud he was holding to balance himself broke causing him to fall 11 feet. The right leg of Employee #1 was broken in the fall.
