Employee's Hand Crushed Between Two Machines

On June 26, 2006, Employee #1 and a coworker were working in tandem on separate machines. Employee #1 was climbing up on both machines hand over hand, while the coworker was attempting to remove another machine from the lowboy trailer. The coworker was aware that Employee #1 was climbing on it, but continued to work The coworker moved the machine and Employee #1's left hand was caught between both machines and crushed.
