Employee is injured when caught between truss and conveyor

On July 3, 2003, Employee #1 was working under the 24-inch-high rollers of a conveyor that was moving wooden trusses. He was securing brackets that had fallen off. The conveyor was started while Employee #1 was still under the rollers, and he caught his head and upper body between the roller and truss assembly, causing fractures to his head and jaw. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
