Employee Injured When Struck on the Head by Wood Beam

On February 26, 2003, Employee #1 and another employee were removing a wood beam that was 4-inches-by-6-inches-by-20-feet. The beam became displaced and struck Employee #1 in head. Employee #1 sustained a concussion and a neck disc injury and was hospitalized.
