Employee is killed when floor collapses

At 8:05 a.m. on November 15, 2016, an employee was cutting tension cables on the concrete slab floor of the 7th floor. The floor the employee was stepping on collapsed. The employee fell 76 feet and 10 inches and was killed. The floor the employee was standing on collapsed because it was not braced from beneath.
