Investigation Summary
At 1:30 p.m. on September 19, 2016, an employee was performing line clearance tree trimming in a residential subdivision. By all indications, the knot used to attach his climbing rope to his climbing saddle came undone and he fell approximately 35 feet to the ground below. The employee was killed from multiple internal injuries.
