Employee is struck by a threaded drain pipe and is killed

At 2:00 a.m. on September 14, 2016, an employee was investigating a high differential pressure change in a filter case. While conducting his investigation, the employee was struck by a metal piping that rotated when pressure was released from a drain valve. The employee was killed from head trauma.
