Employee suffers fatal heart attack

Employee #1 had just returned from lunch to resume work at approximately 4:20 a.m. He complained to a coworker about having had chest pains during his lunch break. The coworker informed Employee #1 that he did not look well and should see a doctor. Employee #1 sat in the lunch area for approximately 5 minutes and stated that he felt better. At 4:35 a.m. Employee #1 was found lying on the floor approximately 180 feet from his work station, dead of a heart attack.
