Employee killed when crushed against building by truck

Employee #1 was guiding a truck driver as he backed up his truck. The driver looked into his mirrors, did not see the employee, and continued to back up. The truck caught and crushed the employee between the truck's driver side and the right side of a building. The employee sustained serious head injuries and was killed.
