A COOK WAS CLEANING UNDER A 240-VOLT ELECTRIC STOVE IN A SCHOOL KITCHEN. THE STOVE HAD NOT BEEN DEENERGIZED AND LOCKED OUT. THE EMPLOYEE'S ARM TOUCHED AN ENERGIZED PART, AND SHE RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK.
