Employee injured in fall from scaffold, later dies

At approximately 2:45 p.m. on November 22, 1996, Employee #1 was standing on a wood pole scaffold, plastering a wall. He fell between 7 and 8 ft to the ground, and fractured his back. Employee #1 suffered paralysis, was hospitalized, and died on December 16, 1996.
