ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS

An employee was replacing a Motorola ballast (Model No. M2-RN-T81LL277) in a 277-volt lighting fixture on the mezzanine level of a building. The circuit had not been deenergized. The employee apparently contacted energized parts of the fixture and was electrocuted.
