Employee dies after suffering heart attack

At 12:35 p.m. on October 30, 1998, Employee #1 was returning from lunch to begin building concrete forms. He had just put on his tools when he said that he felt faint. He sat down on the backhoe bucket, then collapsed, and died. Employee #1 had died of heart disease (King County Medical Examiner's report #98-1278).
