ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU LADDER

An employee was moving a 9.8-meter aluminum extension ladder. The ladder contacted a 13.2-kilovolt, three-phase overhead power line that was located above his work area. The employee was electrocuted.
