Employee Amputates Fingers on Machine Roller

On October 16, 2001, Employee #1 was performing production on a roll forming machine. His hand came into contact with the roller at the point of operation, causing an amputation to four fingers and permanent nerve and skin damage to his thumb. He was hospitalized for his injuries.
