Employee severely burned after fuel from his saw is ignited

Employee #1 was using a gas-powered chop saw to cut pieces during remodeling work. Fuel from the saw spilled on him and the floor. Sparks or slag from a cutting torch above ignited the fuel and a fire engulfed the employee. He was severely burned.
