Investigation Summary
At 11:45 a.m. on April 27, 2016, a worker was working from a scaffold to install siding at a residential construction site. The scaffold platform was approximately 13 feet above the ground. For an unknown reason, the worker fell from the scaffold and struck his head on the pavement below. The worker suffered a sever concussion, resulting in his death.
