Employee dies after 41 ft fall from building.

Employee #1 was the foreman of a three-person crew that was laying decking on the third floor of a structural steel building. He was apparently standing on a beam over an undecked area of the second floor when he fell 41 ft through the open area on the second floor to the ground. Employee #1 sustained severe internal injuries and died a few hours later. It is not clear why he fell from the beam.
