Investigation Summary
On January 13, 2003, an employee was positioning a pre-fabricated section of a wooden 2-inch by 4-inch stud-wall frame into place. As he turned around, he slipped on ice causing him to fall. The stud-wall fell on him striking his hard hat behind his right ear. The employee suffered contusions and abrasions but was not hospitalized.
