Employee dies when four wheel loader rolls over

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on March 16, 2000, Employee #1 was operating a four wheel loader on a mountain with an approximately 35 degree slope, wearing his seat belt. The vehicle lost power and he was unable to stop it. It rolled off the road and over the side approximately 150 yards down the side of the mountain coming to rest on the road below. The cab of the vehicle was sheered off and Employee #1 was still strapped in the seat. Employee #1 died.
