Employee falls to floor after assumed stroke and later dies

On February 18, 1992, Employee #1 fell to the floor and struck his head, causing a fracture of the skull. The coroner's findings indicate that Employee #1 blacked out from a stroke or another cause not related to work. OSHA investigation did not find a work-related cause for the fall. Employee #1 died on February 21, 1992, from the injury.
