AN EMPLOYEE WAS WORKING FROM A METAL LADDER, REPLACING THE BALLAST IN A FLUORESCENT LIGHTING FIXTURE. HE APPARENTLY RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK AND FELL OFF THE LADDER. HE HAD BEEN ELECTROCUTED.
