AN EMPLOYEE WAS ENERGIZING A HELI-ARC WELDING MACHINE THAT HE HAD JUST FINISHED REWIRING. HE RECEIVED A 480-VOLT ELECTRIC SHOCK AND DIED OF ELECTROCUTION.
