One killed, one injured when crane falls from bridge

On May 3, 1995, Employee #1, a crane operator, was lowering a manlift 40 ft below a bridge when the crane tipped over the side of the bridge. He fell 40 ft and was killed. Employee #2, who was working below, ran from the falling crane and injured his leg when he struck a concrete pier.
