Employee killed when run over by truck

At approximately 12:25 p.m. on February 12, 1992, Employee #1, a fourth year apprentice electrician for Dorey Electric Co., was directing a concrete delivery truck at a pour site on I-64 in Norfolk, VA. Apparently, Employee #1 crossed behind the moving vehicle, slipped, fell, and was run over by a truck belonging to Tarmac Mid-Atlantic. He suffered crushing injuries and was killed.
