Employee fractures hip in fall in muddy parking lot

At 5:30 a.m., Employee #1, of Kavlico, was walking to her car. During the night, rain had washed mud into the Kavlico parking lot. Employee #1 slipped and fell, fracturing her hip. The adjacent lot belonged to Rasmussen Construction, which operated as prime for Cal Trans. Mud was cleared, the situation was abated, and preventive measures were taken to prevent another accident.
