Employee bruised in fall from guardrail

Employee #1, of The Austin Co., was reaching through a guardrail to tie off some rebar joints, but couldn't reach a couple of them. Stepping outside the rails, Employee #1 failed to tie off his lanyard. Employee #1 slipped and fell, sustaining some minor bruises. Employee #1 was taken to Simi Valley Adventist Hospital, where he was treated and released. He returned to work the next day.
