Employee injured in fall against guardrail

Employee #1 was building forms on the second deck. He was carrying lumber to the site of an incomplete lumber form when he slipped and fell against a guardrail and injured his left side. Employee #1 was taken to St. Francis Hospital, Santa Barbara, CA, where he was treated and released. During the inspection on November 18, 1994, the work surface was consistent with title 8. No violations were found.
