Employee injured when struck on head by falling board

At approximately 7:40 a.m. on September 17, 1990, Employee #1 was walking toward the garage of a building under construction. A carpenter above him was handling a plank when the board slipped out of the carpenter's grasp, fell out a window, slid down the roof, and struck Employee #1 on the head. He was taken to St. Francis Hospital in Santa Barbara, CA.
