Employee's hips and arms broken in 20 ft fall from building

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on April 25, 1991, Employee #1, of Silvio Curtolo Drywall, was hanging drywall on the outside of a building at a construction complex in Alhambra, CA. He was standing on the ledge of a wall opening when he slipped and fell approximately 20 feet to the ground. He fractured both his arms and hips, and he was admitted to Los Angeles County Hospital. Employee #1 was not wearing a safety belt and lanyard.
