EMPLOYEE #1 WAS RIPPING OAK FLOORING WITH A TABLE SAW, USING HIS HAND TO PUSH THE MATERIAL THROUGH THE SAW GUIDES. THE SAW "KICKED BACK," INFLICTING CUTS TO THE FINGERS OF THE EMPLOYEE'S RIGHT HAND. BOTH THE EMPLOYEE AND HIS EMPLOYER STATED THAT A TOOL WAS FURNISHED FOR PUSHING MATERIAL THROUGH THE SAW AREA.
