HE TOUCHED AN ENERGIZED CONDUCTOR WITH BOTH HANDS (POSSIBLY PLACING HIMSELF ACROSS THE OPEN NEUTRAL) AND RECEIVED A SEVERE ELECTRIC SHOCK AND BURNS TO HIS HANDS AND ARMS. HE WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR 3 DAYS FOR HIS INJURIES.
