Employee's arm injured when caught by drum and belt

At approximately 5:00 p.m. on June 9, 1992, Employee #1, of I & I Farms, Inc., was cleaning a packing shed when he saw some onions underneath the #1 grading belt drum. As he tried to remove the onions with the machine running, his right arm was caught between the drum and belt. Employee #1 sustained abrasions and contusions to his right arm and was hospitalized.
