Employee injured when he injected paint into hand

According to employee #1, he was holding an airless spray gun in his right hand while he used a razor blade to clean the tip of the gun. His left hand slipped and the momentum carried it into the gun, causing him to accidentally pull the gun's trigger and inject paint into his hand. He was hospitalized.
