Employee dislocates shoulder in fall from scaffold

Employee #1 was pulling welding leads onto the metal scaffold on which he was working when he fell approximately 20 ft. He sustained a dislocated shoulder. He has no recollection of how he fell. The only thing that he remembers is hearing a noise, and waking up on the ground. According to the foreman, the scaffold met all T8CCR requirements.
