Employee killed in fall or collapse

At about 2:45 p.m. on March 30, 1991, Employee #1 was found lying unconscious on some stairs in a townhouse under construction in West Hollywood, CA. The property owner's representative called the Los Angeles City paramedics, who pronounced him dead at the scene. There were no witnesses to Employee #1's fall or collapse, and the cause of death was undetermined. No violations were found in the area where Employee #1 was killed, and no citations were issued against the owner.
