Employee dies of head injuries after fall from ladder

On February 20, 1991, Employee #1 was helping his brother frame additional rooms at his home in Los Angeles. Employee #1 was climbing a ladder at the rear of the house to reach the roof when he fell 12 ft to the ground. He sustained head injuries and was transported to the hospital, where he died the next day.
