Employee killed when run over by backing truck

At approximately 10:15 a.m. on January 2, 1992, Employee #1, a lettuce cutter for Aztec Harvesting, Inc., was walking behind a truck hauling lettuce that was backing from one end of the lettuce field to the other. The truck's back-up alarm was working, but for some reason Employee #1 did not heed the warning. He was run over and killed.
