Investigation Summary
At 1:30 p.m. on April 8, 1991, Employee #1, of Hobson Drywall Construction, was on a Snorkelift SL-A27 mobile platform, installing drywall. The railing of the platform had been removed from one end to allow the drywall to be loaded. Employee #1 stepped off the platform at the unguarded end and fell 6 to 7 ft onto the concrete floor. He was injured and hospitalized until April 16, 1991.
