At 10:35 a.m. on December 28, 1995, Employee #1, of the California Department of Fish and Game, attempted to board a slow-moving crowder. His right lower leg was fractured when it was run over by the crowder's right front wheel. Employee #1 was taken to Northern Inyo Hospital in Bishop, CA, for treatment.
