Employee injured when motorized leaf blower rolls over

Employee #1, a groundskeeper at a golf course for eight years, was operating a 2,400 lb motorized leaf blower on the greens. Some of the greens had hills, and Employee #1 unthinkingly drove straight up an incline. The front end of the leaf blower came off the ground and the vehicle rolled over backward on top of him.
