Employee dies from heart attack after shoveling dirt

On August 25, 1993, Employee #1 of Bear Creek Production Company was shoveling dirt on the ends of plastic sheeting where methyl bromide was being injected into the soil. After completing this task, the employee started talking to his foreman, when he suddenly collapsed. The autopsy confirmed that the employee died of a heart attack.
