Investigation Summary
At approximately 6:10 a.m. on May 16, 1993, Employee #1, of Rainbow Ranches, Inc., was riding on the side fender of a farm tractor. A 3/4 inch elbow came off the power take-off pump and struck Employee #1's right eye. Employee #1 sustained a serious injury to his right eye, and was transported to San Joaquin Hospital, where he was admitted for treatment.
