Employee is struck by a log knocked over by a yarder

Employee #1 is a choker setter with two weeks of experience. Employee #1, along with the rigging slinger and hook tender, had the chokers set for the first turn for the present yarder. The rigging slinger went up the road above the turn as Employee #1 and the hook tender went downhill where they were on a steep hillside below the turn and bucked trees. As the turn was going in, it hit some logs and started them moving. One log rolled downhill toward Employee #1, who turned and ran. Employee #1 was hit and knocked over by the log, which then rolled over him. He was in a depression when he fell. He received a lacerated liver, bruised pelvis, collapsed lung, swollen kidney, and internal bleeding.
