Employee's toe is pinched by trailer

At approximately 1:30 p.m. on September 30, 1993, Employee #1, a field foreman, was standing on a tomato trailer unit checking hand-picked buckets of tomatoes that were being dumped into tomato bins. Employee #1 motioned for the tractor driver to hydraulically lower the trailer. Employee #1, who was standing between the swing shaft and the axle bar of the dual wheel rotation, was in the way of the trailer when it was dropped. The trailer pinched Employee #1's right big toe. He was hospitalized.
