Employee fractures heel in fall from roof

Employee #1, of the Hofmann Company, who was sheeting a roof, fell 8 ft or less (print states 8 ft 1 in. to finished grade, the accident was on unfinished grade), fracturing his left heel. He was taken by pickup truck to Delta Memorial Hospital in Antioch. He was hospitalized for nine days, then released to his home for recuperation. He will return periodically to the hospital for therapy. His estimated return to work is April 1, 1993.
