At approximately 12:00 noon on August 29, 1990, Employee #1 was walking through the cooking area of the hospital dietary section. Apparently, her rubber-soled shoe grabbed the floor, causing her to trip and fall. Employee #1 was hospitalized for a fractured right knee.
