Employee injured in fall from scaffold

At approximately 12:00 noon on June 21, 1991, Employee #1 was applying stucco plaster on the exterior of a single-family home under construction. While working approximately 4 ft high from a scaffold, Employee #1 leaned out to smooth the plaster and fell from the 20 in. work surface to the ground, striking his elbow on a concrete garage footing as he fell. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, and admitted for treatment.
