Employee killed when run over by truck in company lot

At 3:50 a.m. on June 16, 1991, Employee #1 was crossing the driveway at his workplace. He had been given permission to leave early because he had recently had abdominal surgery and did not feel well. He was on his way to his car when he was run over and killed by a company delivery truck. The driver of the vehicle said he took his eyes off the roadway to look at his personal vehicle in the lot and did not see Employee #1.
