Employee killed when crushed between loader and truck

Employee #1 had just finished repairing a front end loader at a yarder log landing. The loader operator started moving logs while Employee #1 picked up and put the tools away. The backing loader struck Employee #1 and probably pinned him against the repair truck. Employee #1 sustained fatal crushing injuries to his pelvis.
